Since January of 2000, Then And Now Automotive Restorations has specialized in repairing and restoring vintage vehicles. "Everyone likes something different. Everyone is attracted to a different kind of car," observes Mark. "Some people are attracted to Mustangs, other prefer Camaros. Each car is custom-made differently. That's what makes my job fun."

Mark Reeves had a love of cars since his childhood, living and breathing cars in his early years around his fathers' auto body shop in the 1970's. His father's love for hot rods was contagious, and Mark gladly took up the hobby as he began to collect various cars for himself. After marriage and a couple of children, Mark decided to cut back on his hobby to free up space in his garage and to to make time for his family. Once his children were older, Mark returned to his first love full-time by repairing and restoring vintage cars and custom-designing per customer specifications. Then And Now Automotive Restorations was born when Mark discovered for himself the difficulties of having an older car restored. "People don't want to work on old cars anymore, Mark commented. "They would rather work on new, insurance-related vehicles." Several years ago, Mark bought an old truck in need of restoration. He took the truck to an auto body shop to have all of the paint stripped. Once the paint was stripped, however, the shop allowed the truck to sit for more than a year in the weather, accumulating rust. By the time Mark got the truck back, it needed stripping again and had to be taken elsewhere. At that point, Mark and a friend began working on the truck themselves and saw the need for a specialized auto repair shop for older vehicles. Despite its humble beginnings, Then And Now Automotive Restorations has grown to include 20 employees in a 22,000 square foot facility in Woodstock, Georgia.
